If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy.
The following terms and conditions apply to all products you purchase from us.

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have the meaning defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they are in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Returns and Returns Policy:

- Goods means items offered for sale on the Service.
- Order means Your request to purchase Goods from Us.

- Website means the Horseshoe Dental Center, accessible from https://www.podkovka.cz.
- You means the individual who accesses or uses the Service or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual accesses or uses the Service.
Your rights to cancel your order
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period for an Order is 14 days from the date you receive the Goods or the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes delivery of the product.

We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used to place your order and you will not be charged for this return.
Conditions for returning goods
For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- Goods have a receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Delivery Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, are perishable or have passed their expiry date.
- Delivery Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Delivery Goods which, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above conditions for return at our sole discretion.
Only Goods at the regular price can be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. This exemption may not apply to you unless permitted by applicable law.

You bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot refund any money without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of accepted return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of the gift for the returned Goods. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor.
